I generally charge $125.00 per hour for professional services, which is very reasonable for the Tri-County region of South Carolina.  For some routine or uncontested matters, I may charge a flat fee.  The client is responsible for all mandatory and necessary costs of their legal representation such as filing fees, publication costs, service of process fees, etc.  Reasonable payment arrangements in your Client Retainer Agreement are available and credit card payments are accepted.
